Your Hands

I am loving this song right now...

Your Hands
JJ Heller

I have unanswered prayers
I have trouble I wish wasn't there
And I have asked a thousand ways
That You would take my pain away
That You would take my pain away

I am trying to understand
How to walk this weary land
Make straight the paths that crooked lie
Oh Lord, before these feet of mine
Oh Lord, before these feet of mine

When my world is shaking
Heaven stands
When my heart is breaking
I never leave Your hands

When You walked upon the Earth
You healed the broken, lost, and hurt
I know You hate to see me cry
One day You will set all things right
Yea, one day You will set all things right

When my world is shaking
Heaven stands
When my heart is breaking
I never leave Your hands

Your hands
Your hands that shape the world
Are holding me, they hold me still
Your hands that shape the world
Are holding me, they hold me still

When my world is shaking
Heaven stands
When my heart is breaking
I never leave You when...

My world is shaking
Heaven stands
When my heart is breaking
I never leave...
I never leave Your hands

Valentines

Happy Valentines Day!

Our first date... February 21, 2004
Its hard to believe how fast 6 years goes by.
I am sure I will blink and another 6 will have gone by...
I love you honey!

Timberrr

This HUGE tree fell over before we bought the house. We wrote in the offer that we wanted the seller to remove the tree. But since the house was bank owned and the listing agent was clueless to what was going on half the time, the tree was never removed. Oh well, it wasn't going to be a "deal breaker" for us.
We asked my uncle (who has a wood stove) if he would like to come chop the wood and it would be his. He took us up on the offer and this Saturday came and took it off our hands!
Here he is working hard.
The tree is gone! And the backyard feels ginormous- we still have a ton of work to do back there!
Now we have a huge pile of branches... bond fire anyone??

A weekend in Medford

Last weekend we went to Medford to celebrate my Grandma's 75th Birthday and to see Michelle and Tristan one last time before they headed back to Florida. Here are some pictures...

Grandma Lesie opening her birthday card... she was so happy because it was a musical card that sang happy birthday therefore she didn't have to hear us all sing ha ha ha.
